Possible miscarriage? TRIGGER WARNING

So my period was late by 3 weeks, i took 5 pregnancy tests over the course of that time and they all were negative. I was cramping, had tender breasts, and even dry nipples and hormone emotions similar to PMS. My period finally started today, 7 weeks after my last period, and this came out. Much lighter and larger than my normal clots. Is this a miscarriage?

That looks exactly like what I passed when I miscarried. I have a feeling that your body never truly recognized the pregnancy. Maybe your HCG levels never really increased and now the tissues are being expelled from what may have been the start of something. You can treat it just like a period. Relax, take medicine, use a heating pad. No sex until the bleeding has fully stopped for a couple days (don’t want to get an infection if this is in fact a miscarriage). I would give your OB a call and just tell him/her exactly what you’ve experienced. They might have you come in for a blood test or not.
