Determining DPO

Any one else use the Premom app too? Well, I track my cycle there and here in Glow and Premom says I’m 8 DPO. Today, someone corrected me in one of my posts saying 7 DPO.

Any clue if 8 DPO is correct? If the Premom app is wrong I’m pissed 😂 it’s supposed to leave the guesswork out! lol No, but really, what do you guys think.
