I am 12 days postpartum and in the process of drying up my milk after EBF for 10 days. I had some redness and clogged ducts but I got them unclogged this morning, my breasts dont hurt to the touch, and I'm having no other symptoms of mastitis. However I have a temp of 100.4. Normally I would just go into urgent care or see my OB, but I dont want to risk it with covid and my newborn at home. I have had diarrhea the last 3 days but is now getting better. I'm also already taking amoxicillin (9 days in on a 10 day script) for an ear infection I had while delivering. Should I wait it out and see how my temperature reacts to tylenol or go in to the doctor??
