Uterus lining

I had my period at the end of March. Everything was fine but then I started spotting which was normal for me. But this morning I noticed that I was bleed like I had my period again and I put it a tampon and went on with my day. I was at a friend house and I went to the bathroom and changed my tampon and this huge blood clot was attached to it. Like the size of an orange. I didn’t say anything at first to my parents because I didn’t know what it was. I went from tampons to pads because I still didn’t know what it was. But every time I would pee. Something would fall out of me And I was very  curious about it and I caught it if you can say . It was more of this blood clot or whatever. And I don’t know what to do. Anything would help.
