PCOS & Gonal Injections

🌸Hi Beautiful Ladies🌸

I have PCOS. I currently don’t have any large cysts on my ovaries, they seemed to have gone away. My FS is happy with the thickness of my uterus and I dont have any blockages in my tubes.I also have a great amount of hair on the face/chin/neck and arms!

I have been TTC for 6 years. Did three rounds of clomid and metformin but my ovaries did not respond. I am currently doing Gonal F injections. I started on 50 units for a week and my ovaries didn’t respond. I got increased to 87.5 units and again my ovaries didn’t respond and now I have been increased to 100units for 4 more days.

Is there anyone out there that can give me advice. Or in a similar situation? Do you think this can work for me. I don’t understand why my ovaries are so resistant to fertility medications 🥺

I also need to loose 20kgs in order to qualify for IVF but I am in the process of doing that now 🥺
