Has anyone with a history of problems trying to conceive gotten pregnant faster using any of these products?

Quick backstory. One child age 3 (miracle due to boost in first time using folic acid)

I have Pcos and am on the heavier side

My husband recently(6months ago) had infection in his testicle due to heavy lifting(his job) reducing sperm count

All this adding up to trying to conceive for 1 1/2 years with no luck.

Anyone with similar problems? Just looking for someone who relates. Please any advice tips or tricks are welcomed.

Next step after this virus mess is medical intervention.
