Anyone with Hyperemesis or HyperThyroidism having issues gaining weight? OBs concerned?

Back story:

Had hyperemesis and diagnosed w/Graves Disease with first kiddo but gained the 19 lbs I lost plus 20 and walked out of the hospital at my prepregnancy weight of 135 (5’4).

This pregnancy is same story. Graves’ disease being managed by medication, hyperemesis by medication. only lost 11 lbs first trimester and beginning of second. Gained 9 back by my last appointment on 3/25 at 20 weeks. OB was okay with that for then but wanted me to gain an additional 10 by 4/22 when I have my next appointment. I’ve only gained 2. Stuck at 135.

Antenatal nutritionist gave me a meal plan that is heavy on carbs and nutrient rich foods but obviously my body is burning too much still. I’ve got 17 weeks to gain another 20-30 lbs.

OB and nutritionist will not be very happy on the 22nd.
