Help!!

When I shave my vagina I get bumps all over. It’s terrible! They are closed. Smooth. They will not go away. Idk maybe herpes? I’d hope not. I’m trying to get an appointment but with all this coronavirus they’re saying months out. I don’t want it to get serious. Any remedies to try to get rid of them or to check if it’s razor bumps/ingrown hairs or not? Any help would be useful. No judgement. Thanks.
