Help!

Ok sooooo I’m gonna try to make this short. Well I fucked up because I slept with my friend( I was drunk) and we didn’t use a condom. Not using a condom wasn’t very smart especially because he isn’t my man. Anyways, on March 12 we didn’t use protection but the next day he bought me a plan B (the 3rd one i had to take this year!!!! I’m so dumb,, I’m getting on birth control again or stop sleeping around!) welllllllll on March 19 (1 week later) I started spotting,, 3-4 days super light and I thought well it’s probably the plan b .... welll then around April 3 I got dark brown mucus like blood clot like discharge,, it was light then it came in chunks (sorry tmi) and then the next day I used the bathroom twice and after it was gone. Well I’ve been waiting for my period it was supposed to come April 11 ,, it hasnt. I keep cramping off and on but at this very moment IM IN PAIN!!!!!! And im not sure why but I noticed my right side hurting more than my left but at times it’s both sides. I know I’m supposed to get my period around this time but I still haven’t!!!! Someone help please,, WTF IS GOING ON WITH MY BODY!!!! I’m scared..... never not using condoms again... I am just hoping I don’t have an STD or worse, I hope I’m not pregnant but at this rate who knows.
