Weird signs?

I've never really believed in signs but as of today I am starting to wonder. Going to make a list of what's been going on.

1. Dreams of being pregnant .

2. Seeing more and more baby stuff on my fb feed and I've not looked up anything for a baby.

3. My husband has told me he didn't want another baby, but I asked if we could go to the dr so id be able to have anothet and he agreed.

4. My youngest son age 3 keeps telling me he's got a baby in his belly.

5. I've been having very strong cravings for certain things ( not far enough past O for symptoms)

6. I keep seeing tiktoks of baby names and baby's.

7. I got a random package in the mail of baby formula.

Now mind you my tubes are tied, have been for almost 4 years. *thats why I said go to the dr so I can get pregnant, we were thinking about tubal reversal*
