IUD Copper Possible Pregnancy

Hey Ladies,

Two days before my period started I had spotting. Now I am two days late and no period. I took a test this morning and it says negative. I’m really confused.... I have never missed a period or have been late another than when I was pregnant with my first child.

I normally have a heavy five day period so I’m not sure what the deal with my period is this month

I’m two days late, negative test.

Anyone else have this and then find out their pregnant???
