Rule if thumb for freezing:
1. Never thaw and refreeze...
2. Only thaw the right amount...
3. Once thawed, must consume, or discard...
Any kind of food you store in the freezer should not be defrosted-&-refreeze... it reduces the quality of the food and breaks down the cells... Although some studies says it is safe, I would only do it for adults as we have higher tolerance in the digestive system. but for babies, its better not to take the risk... 
I think if u are thinking of storing them, do it separately. That way, both puree and milk stays fresher and frozen in good quality... when you need to feed the mix, defrost them together, thaw and mix and feed right away.
Tips: before storing them, best to divide according to the right portion your child will consume. For kids, once thawed, never refreeze :)

I mixed in thawed milk and refrozen it in the purées without issues.  That being said, it’s better to mix it in later on because then you can adjust the texture of the purées based on baby’s development instead of ending up with a bunch of overly thin purées you cant use.
