TTC for baby number 2

So I’ve figured out my period and ovulation days without using an app to track. My fiancé and I have had sex around March 29th. I ovulate around the 2nd and 3rd. I know sperm can live for 5 days inside. Ever since past my ovulation my CM got more heavier and sticky like also I have been having very light cramps. I have mom brain so I can’t remember if this happened with my first. I start my period between the 14th, 15th, and 16th. Still having light cramps but no sign of period. I have taken a test and it came out a BFN. I feel broken 😂 any advice??
