Formula.?

So my baby has been constipated ever since I started giving her cow milk n her dr said it’s normal but she started bleeding today n she has a poop stuck I can see it when I change her. He said to give her mirelax. She turns one next week. Should I just go back to giving her similac formula or any suggestions please.!! Thanks.!

We do almond milk, would much rather do something that's gentler on his stomach than "get him used to" cow milk while suffering in the meantime.

When I started giving my 1 year old cows milk I did it gradually. So i would put a bit of cows milk in his formula for a few days and gradually put more and more in and less formula. That way it's not a big change and his body can get used to it.

You could give cows milk and water it down a little so it’s not so intense until they get used to it
