40+ day cycle - normal or not?

Hi all

I need some advice. I’m now on cycle day 40 with no sign of period and 2 negative pregnancy tests. I had some super light spotting once about a week ago but that’s it! Could this mean I’m not ovulating or ovulating irregularity? Should I be worried?
