Can I get some kind words?
I just started a diet today after gaining 50 pounds with my son. I have always been overweight, but right before I found out I was pregnant I got down to 228 and I am now almost 280. I have always carried weight well so at 228 I felt and looked great. I feel awful and do not feel myself at all. I feel disgusting to be honest. I want to feel myself again and be healthy for my children. Please give me motivational quotes, encouragement, anything. It’s going to be hard, but I want to do this. I barely fit in my clothes anymore.
