Anyone here takin provera? It’s helps induce your period

. How long did you take it? And how long did you bleed once your period started? And what was your dose?

Answer

I took it twice. First I took 2.5mg for 5 days and didn't get my period. 3 weeks later my doctor put in a new perscription for 10mg. I did bleed but I wouldn't really consider it a period. It was extremely light, only went through a pad a day and lasted about 4 days. I did have extremely bad cramping, which I usually don't get any symptoms at all with a normal period. The next month I got a natural period but it was about a week late.
