3rd baby and 3rd time with epidural.

I don’t even know. I feel like I can handle it with no epidural but I won’t truly know until I’m going through it. with my first I did it epidural free, planned the same for my second but due to me not progressing they suggested the epidural. So we shall see 😫

This will be my 3rd and second time natural. With my first I got the epidural and it failed, only thing that was numb were my legs and I've had severe back pain since, my second I chose a waterbirth and it helped so much! I'll be doing the same this time

I’ve done both and while is amazing and beautiful either way I found it’s just a more relaxing enjoyable experience with one for everyone including myself. This is baby number 4 #1, nothing, #2, ended up in the end having one after three different inductions and 23 hours in the hospital and #3 held out until her heart rate started dropping and finally got one to help relax me and get her out safely- she want breathing and had the cord wrapped around her #4 I plan to finally not put myself through the pain and enjoy the experience. 
You can always play it by ear and decide as you go if you want/need it or not. Either is amazing!

I had two babies. One with an epidural and one without. I had a better experience with, so that’s what I’m doing with #3.

I had horrible back labor with my first so I got an epidural after 12 hrs of labor, but by the time it was time to push my body had eaten through the epidural and I could feel my contractions, stretching, everything. I think I could have done it if I hadn't had the back labor. I have scoliosis so it was really bad, so I think it will depend on how this labor goes.

This will be my third time around. With my first, I dilated too fast and wasn't able to get it. The second time around I was screaming for the epidural because I was having twins. I didn't want to feel two babies coming out. I barely got it. I was already 8cm when I did. This time I think that I can do it without the epidural. With the epidural I had a hard time pushing. I couldn't tell if I was doing anything. I struggled finding my groove. Which increased the pushing time. Also i hate how my back felt afterwards.

Hoping for an epidural this time, I had it with my first, but didn’t make it in time to have it with the next 2 babies
