So this is kind of weird, I want to see how other people feel about this.

We FaceTime my mother in law frequently. My son doesn’t really understand FaceTime, he’s kind of hard to FaceTime, he usually looks at the phone, then runs away. My mil gets upset and starts threatening him with gifts for not “giving her kisses”

The entire 10 minute conversation is literally about how how the Easter bunny and Santa aren’t coming, and he’s getting nothing for his birthday unless he kisses her. He has no idea what is going on.

she is constantly like GIVE GRANDMA A KISS OR THE EASTER BUNNY ISNT COMING. now that Easter is over, it’s COME SAY HI TO GRANDMA OR IM NOT GETTING YOU A BIRTHDAY GIFT.

I try to have him sit still to see grandma but he really wants no part of it. It’s not her, it’s anyone we FaceTime. My mom, my brother, my sil, he’s just not into it

His birthday isn’t until September so she’s probably going to be using this until then 🙄🙄.

Like idk I think it’s so strange and kind of mean..... he’s only 18 months old and FaceTime confuses him. He’s not being “rude” it’s just he doesn’t understand why people are “in the phone” and he doesn’t really pay attention to phones.
