Do symptoms come and go?

I got my BFP yesterday morning at 13dpo. I’ve had mostly my left breast continue to be super sore and full up until literally about an hour ago. I had an anxiety attack shortly before it stopped being sore and it made me worry that I’m going to miscarry. Do symptoms come and go or should I be concerned?
