Water Intake and OPKs
Can water intake have an effect on OPKs? I have been drinking a lot of water lately, and my urine is usually almost clear - would this give less accurate OPK results? I’m supposed to be ovulating in the next couple days and have regular cycles, but my OPK lines are very light and have been getting lighter :(
