Screaming for fun

My son is 10 months old and all day everyday he just screams at the top of his lungs for fun and I don’t know what to do, it’s so loud and goes right through my ears and we live in an apartment I have neighbors that can definitely hear. He doesn’t understand what no means and I have no way to stop him can someone please tell me what I’m doing wrong 😩
