I have a 6 week old son that hasn’t been able to poop on his own since he was 2 weeks old. He cries and pushes all day and night - nobody is getting sleep. We have done the Windi (as well as qtip/Vaseline), bicycle kicks/massaging belly, tummy time, gripe water, gas drops, miralax, prune juice, and tummy time. The only way I have had success is with the qtip/Vaseline, and that doesn’t even work all of the time. The consistency is liquidy and yellow. My doctor is aware of all of this and suggested it could be my diet, so we switched him to formula. The first 12 hours went well and we were able to get a spurt of 2 hours of sleep straight, but then it went right back to how he was.. if not worse. Crying and pushing even more than before. My doctor also did an ultrasound but it showed everything as normal. Anyone have any suggestions?
