My son still isn't crawling. Anyone elses babies not yet?

My son is 9 months old and not crawling or even attempting to. He sits up unassisted but just has no desire to crawl and is not pulling up on anything. Is this normal or is he falling behind. Picture of my little man.

Completely normal. Some babies don’t crawl until 12 months and that is still considered “normal”.

Normal. In the last month mine has gone from not rolling both directions consistently to an inchworm/ army crawl and rolling around. Nothing on the floor is safe anymore!

My daughter only does if she feels like it she gets everywhere faster rolling. If you haven’t checked out the babies documentary on Netflix it’s pretty good they touch on crawling and not crawling it made us feel better that or daughter was only rolling when we watched it.

My girl was 9 months on the 13th and she isn’t crawling. She’s SO close but not there yet!

It’s normal! My son was struggling so hard and my brother in law put a remote control Lamborghini in front of him and boom, he started crawling after it! 
He’ll get it as soon as he’s ready. ♥️

It’s fine. My nephew didn’t crawl until 14 months. 
My baby has more determination to be mobile, but she’s 23 lbs so she can’t lift herself up all the way. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Mine is 9.5 months old and you basically described him. He rolls everywhere and can sit on his own. He wants to stand but only if we hold him or make him stand in front of a furniture. He cannot pull himself up

I was about to write a post on this. My girl sits well and has just started reaching  out to get things out of her reach. She has no desire to crawl and pull her up to stand. She will weight bare but is still wobbly. I'm worried too that she is falling behind.

It’s fine, my son is 9 months old and just finally started crawling last week I thought he’d never do it or would be late to the game but he surprised us. At first he had zero interest in crawling but I always had him down in the floor and would put him in the crawling position he would hold it rock back and forth then just sit there. He figured a way to move around without crawling, he eventually pulled himself into the crawling position however he’d go backwards lol. Then one day he crawled and it’s been full speed ahead since. He is trying to pull himself up on things now. Our thing now is he knows how to roll but if he gets in his back it’s like he’s forgotten how to do it and is like a turtle on its back. Don’t worry he’ll do it when he’s ready, my first was crawling by 7 months walking by 9 this little man decided to wait a little later so it’s ok.
