Please help!!! 😩😩😩

I am pregnant, very early! Mega early! I’m not sure how many weeks I am, I’m assuming 2.5 weeks. , yes I did a test and blood work to confirm, my HCG is rising slowly on Monday it was 31 and due to go for another blood test again in 3 days to see if it had doubled.

I just went to the bathroom , wiped and saw this... I’m freaking out as I had a MC last year but wasn’t as heavy and clotty this.

Am I going through a MC? I have light left abdo cramping 😔😔😔
