Sleep routine
I literally just cried my baby girl to sleep. She is 7 weeks old and doesnt have a sleeping routine I am a FTM not sure where to begin or if it's to soon but all I know is im tired her sleep schedule is all over the place. Please if I can get any advice. And reassurance that I will get through this before I lose my mind.
