Recurring yeast infections in pregnancy and before

I know this is major TMI but I am at my wits end. I've had this problem before I was pregnant and now during pregnancy it's gotten worse. I've tried everything, vaginal tablets, vaginal cremes, Flagyl you name it. Nothing seems to work. Has anybody had experience with this before? And what was the only thing that helped
