IRS needs me to prove I am who I say I am

I don't have any of the proof they want and I can't go to the local IRS in person so what I'm just screwed out of my return and stimulus check? Anybody know another way?

Edit: let me rephrase what I mean I have filed taxes before and I have the proof that is being spoken of below the proof I do not have is to prove my identity due to identity theft I do not have a student loan account number I do not have a home loan account number are a car loan account number with IRS not accepting calls there is no way to do over the phone verification of who I am so will I just not receive my stimulus are my return
