Baby movement 17 wks

Is it possible to feel movement at 17+3 with your first baby? When I lay on my side I swear I felt a little flick, and feel a little fluttering but I’m not sure if it’s just gas or my stomach rumbling? What was it like when you felt your baby move for the first time? How would you describe the feeling? And what week was it?
