FERBER update!

Yesterday my son took 2 naps FERBER.

1st nap: cried 10 min. I went in and told him he was OK and I love him and kissed him. Walked out. Cried another 9 min and fell asleep before I had a chance to go in there to reassure him again.

2nd nap: cried 3 minutes and fell asleep before I went in to reassure him.

BED TIME:

Slept in his new zin sleep sack for the 1st time. I tried FERBER but it wasn't working so instead I pulled the pack and play close to my bed and rubbed his arm until he fell asleep. Maybe 10 minutes.

HE ONLY WOKE UP 1 TIME to east last night!!! Not sure if it was the zin sack, the ferber, or combination of both but it was amazing lol
