My daughter will be 11 months next week and my plan is to stop BF by her first birthday. I’m primarily nursing and just need some tips on how to start weaning and also how to prevent engorgement as much as possible. I’m so proud of myself that I’m meeting my goal on BF for a year ! There were definitely some moments where I thought I wouldn’t meet my goal and I’m a little sad that it’s coming to an end ... my daughter and I share this special bond and I know it’s going to be rough on her 🥺
