Wake from first nap?

Do any of you wake your babies from their first nap or do you just let them wake themselves?

I let him sleep as long as he wants.

We’re at 1 nap a day which is usually 2 hours, sometimes 3 hours but I let him sleep as long as he wants. I’m WFH and the more he naps the more work I get done

Man I wish my little boy still had 2 naps, he's been a 1 nap kid for ages now. I didn't realise how much I got done during the 2 naps before.

I wake him up.  Still doing 2 naps but he loves to sleep.  If I don't wake him up he will just sleep forever.

For the first nap we let him sleep. He usually never sleeps past 11 though. For the second we don’t let him go past 330

My daughter never naps longer than an hour and 10 minutes. And if she does that, her second nap (if there is one) is very short. I just let her sleep.

I have to cap the 1st at 1 hour. If not there’s no room for a 2nd and he would never make it to bedtime lol

Some times! It depends on when he starts the nap. We are still on two naps a day and if he sleeps too late for the first nap he’s taking his second nap too late but there’s no way we could do just one. I usually make sure he’s up by 1 from the first nap☺️

We are on one nap a day. I put him down when he is showing signs (around 12:30-1pm) of sleepiness and let him wake on his own. If he had another, I might cut it short depending on when he took it to not interfere with his bedtime.
