Pregnant during a pandemic

I got pregnant just before this whole covid thing became a pandemic. I'm about 7 weeks now and I'm terrified. I had been trying for 6 months and nothing so I didnt think it would happen now. I dont regret this baby but I'm so scared, people are gonna talk shit (all the memes going around). I dont have a quarantine oops baby, I have a preplanned ttc baby. But now I'm scared, I'm trying to schedule my first appointment and they're all over the phone??? How?? No ultrasounds?? Is there 1 baby or 5?? I get it I get it, it's a pandemic, but I cant help but to be sad that I wont be able to enjoy my first pregnancy like how I dreamed I would.
