Baby still spitting up?

A couple of times a week (1-3), my baby will spit up. Mostly when she is super active immediately after eating. Is this something I need to be concerned about? She does not seem bothered. Does this happen to anyone else?

My son does as well, it's off and on. We just had our one year check up and the doctor found a small heart murmur so they think that might have something to do with it.
It's probably nothing though, we are having an ultrasound to make sure but gosh it would explain a lot.

My daughter still does it too, but we have checkup soon so I shall ask her pediatrician because they say 90% of the time it goes away on its own.

My son still does sometimes too. We asked the doctor at his 1 year appointment and the doctor wasn't concerned, that some kids keep spitting up longer.
But I've been wondering at what point would we get it looked at again.

March baby is my first. So I have no idea what is normal really. 
Ours does not spit up at all anymore. I can’t say exactly when he stopped but it’s definitely been a few months at least. He’s “thrown up” a few times but that’s way different (a lot more volume wise) and I believe each of those times he was either sick or triggered his gag reflex while eating something new.
