Cramps

Hi guys, does anyone have any tips that will help with cramps? I’m 17 years old and I’ve had my period for about 7 years. My mom won’t let me get on Birth Control and told me they’d get better the older I got.... but it’s now to the point where I can’t stand or hardly even move without wanting to cry or throw up...
