Nexplanon implant

I got my implant today and so far so good. I’m really really nervous about the side effects but I was drawn to this form of birth control because of the effectiveness. If you had bad side effects, how soon did you start to notice them, and how soon were you able to get it out. I’m just really nervous I’m going to have a bad reaction to it
