Fish allergy?
Gave baby salmon purée yesterday and his cheeks were quite flushed afterwards. We were also outside and he is fair skinned so I thought - could be food or could be sun. Gave him the purée again today and his cheeks immediately were flushed again. Fish allergy? No other symptoms. No swelling or difficulty breathing.
I’m just not sure if I should keep feeding him this purée or not.
