How Many Calories Should I Eat A Day?
Hey all! I know this is such a difficult question to answer but I’d love to get some suggestions from people. I know how many calories I should eat depends on a lot of things so I’ll give some basic details-
I’m 169cm tall
19 years old
Female
69kg
Sometimes I run about 4km but a lot of the time I’m walking for an hour or so everyday...I’m not sure if that counts a exercise though
I’m trying to lose weight, but also don’t want starve myself?
I’ve seen a lot everywhere that 1200 calories is too little, so I just want to know what amount would be healthy to lose weight.
