I really hope someone could help me out... I don’t have anyone to talk to so here I am reaching out to the community!

So I’ve had my IUD since February and since then my periods have been the same and on schedule. My boyfriend and I have sex without protection frequently and the first two months my period came on schedule, but this month... something’s just different. I’m currently about 10 days late, two days after my period was supposed to end I took a pregnancy test to see if I was pregnant and it said negative. It has been 5 days and I’m thinking, “what if my IUD got knocked out of place and I’m actually pregnant?” Today I had some bloating with mild cramping here and there and then if I’m nauseous it’s only for a minute or two but no vomiting. I’m not ready for a child... yet. But I do need advice on what I should do in this situation I’m in because I’m trying to avoid going to my doctor just because of the pandemic, but if I have to go, I will go.
