Post baby weight!

Hey ladies! We went on this journey of pregnancy together now we are in our post baby bodies together! Have any of you all started your weight loss goals? Anyone started losing weight? What steps are u ladies taking for yourselves to make it happen? I started working out three days a week at eight weeks and haven’t lost anything. So I know it’s my diet! I am now doing two nutrition shakes a day and one good meal! It’s been three days since starting and so far so good I don’t get hungry on this diet I feel satisfied. I won’t check the scale until another four days to make it a full week so let’s see if this works with exercise! I was 150 pre pregnancy and 160 post pregnancy. Weight loss goal is 145! 15 pounds!
