Anybody have an idea what this in the underside of my breast? I can’t get it to go away and I’m avoid doctors because of the virus

My impetigo always starts out looking like that. Could be that, any other form of staph, the beginnings of ring worm, just your skin being stupid. Keep an eye on it, keep it moisturized. Most doctors are doing video calls now, or you can email them pictures and talk to them over the phone. So call and ask what you can do without going in.
