Please help- is this normal?

I'm just over 4 weeks pregnant, but since Thursday night I've had a constant stitch like pain in my left side, from my lower abdomen travelling up to the distance of my belly button but about 2 inches across from my belly button (if that makes sense). It's not really painful but it's there, and I can feel it. Sometimes it's worse in certain positions and sometimes it takes my breath away. I've googled it and got mixed responses etc. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I be concerned? Thanks!
