We need help! My daughter will not go to sleep unless one of us is holding her. There is no putting her in the crib and walking away lol we have to put her on our chest and rock. For. Hours. First nap included. Her second is in the car everyday. So I know she can get to sleep on her own.

She use to sleep so well and I don't even know what happened. She'll eventually go in the crib after she's asleep, but how to do I start in the crib with her sleep routine? I'd like to talk to my husband again without having to whisper.

We do dinner, bath, dress, book, bottle (pretty rare) and then rock. No CIO.
