Jealous

I'm currently trying to have my 2nd child and I've been told that i have pcos and hypothyroidism. I just found out that my younger sister who is only 19 and wasn't even trying is pregnant. I'm honestly happy for her and excited to be an aunt but a part of me is say " what the hell"? I dont know how to feel about it. It this normal?
