Please someone what is going on?!

Ok guys I had my egg retrieval on 4/3, started spotting brown on 4/13 which turned into full super beyond heavy bleeding with clots on 4/14 and 4/15 then stopped on 4/16. I had my baseline for my FET on 4/14 and they said everything looked good to proceed (my progesterone was at 4.5). My trigger was a 10,000 novarel shot when which I took on 4/1.

I have no idea why but I tested bc I have felt so off the past couple days. I’m exhausted and forgetful and just ugh. I swear it’s weird but it’s positive, is this still my trigger and the Estrace?! I’m so tired of the hormones I could just scream lol. Should I tell my doc about the lingering HCG since I’m planning on my FET on May 1?
