Cramps are killing me😭😣😣

Guys my cramps are absolutely killing me right now and i don’t know what to do! My period isn’t for another 5 days but i’ve been on my heating pad and tried all my normal remedies but nothing is helping😭 since starting the pill last year i haven’t even gotten cramps this bad even ON my period, let alone before i start?! It hurts so bad i can barely walk or stand up straight. I’ve never missed a pill and my boyfriend and I always use a condom so i don’t think I’m Pregnant so i highly doubt its implantation cramps...right? I’ve always heard implantation cramps are pretty mild, too, and these cramps rn are so bad I’ve been curled up with my heating pad for hours and can’t even really walk. I’m freaking out and idk what to do since my period hasn’t even started yet. I just took my last active pill of the month and i usually start the 4th day into my placebo week so should i just try and bear through it and wait for my period or should I try and go to the ER?? Could i be pregnant somehow??
