Question about my nipples and PCOS

Hi. So, basically my nipples, and I mean the actual nipple, not the areola, but my nipples have been hard and kind of sore for the past month now, which is unusual because I could've swore I had somewhat flat nipples and they never caused me any pain unless around my period. I have PCOS and I take birth control pills to maintain my PCOS and keep my periods going, but recently ive had to stop taking the bc because of a problem with my insurance company, which has been resolved, but I havent taken the pill since February, and I had my last spotting at the end of February. Ive recently been getting light cramping in my vagina and I'm always hungry to the point where if I dont eat I feel as though I'm going to either be sick or pass out, Ive also been quite dizzy lately. I took 2 pregnancy test and both were negative, so i think pregnancy is outta the question but I just wanna know is this something I should be worried about? All of my symptoms have been going on for over a month now and these are all, I feel, PMS symptoms, but why haven't I gotten a period in nearly 2 months now? Weird, right?
