Bleeding, trying not to freak out

So I’ll be 8 weeks on Tuesday. Last night I thought I had to pee so I went and sat and I didn’t so I wiped and it was bright red. Freaking out. But it was only when I wiped. Put a pad in; it’s clean still but every time I peed last night there was blood in the toilet and on the toilet paper.

This morning it’s still red but maybe a little brown. But my back is cramping and I’m terrified. Called the doctor line; I’m supposed to call back tomorrow morning and update them and maybe get seen.

I’m freaking out. Anyone have experience with this?
