How long till people can visit?

Hey everyone, my husband and I have decided to not have any visitors (even close family members) possibly through the end of August and potentially longer. Obviously this is a play by ear situation, but since I'm a first time mom, we won't be seeing our pediatrician till after the baby is born. Is there a certain age or point in which babies immune systems are stronger and y'all are thinking you're going to start (cautiously) allowing people to meet the baby? Or have pediatricians given any insight? I'm prepared to quarantine the whole year if we have to to keep my baby safe, but I wanted to get a feel for anything else the rest of you have heard or how you're going about handling this. (And I know that we still know so little about this virus so it's a changing situation every day)
