Why I cried today...

I was cleaning the shower and got out of breath and had to sit down. I felt so overwhelming useless 🤣

What funny reason did you cry today ?

I cried because my husband ate all the cornbread. Cornbread he said he didn’t like. Cornbread I was planning on eating for breakfast with honey. 😭 I knew I was overreacting but I was so upset

I cried because McDonald's stopped serving all day breakfast and I didnt know that and was really craving a sausage and egg mcmuffin but was too late

I walked around the backyard with my cat and then felt so exhausted and out of breath I had to take a 2 hour nap 😓

A couple of weeks ago I needed my inhaler and my husband made fun of me while I went to inhale which resulted in me laughing. I then cried because he messed up my breath.

I found a Snickers wrapper in the car from my husband and he didn't get me one!

Wasn’t today but I cried after watching a disaster movie that would likely never happen and thought of every single Tidal wave and earth quake that has happened and sent myself into a huge crying fit for over an hour lol ￼

The other day my husband tried to steal some snacks out of my hand, he nabbed a few but the ones left in my hand got a little crushed. I started bawling.

Today I cried because my husband asked me to put chicken breasts in a ziploc and squeeze the air out. Apparently air got in anyway and he said I didn’t do it right and needed to pay more attention. (I know it’s “mom brain” because multiple times I have left my car running and didn’t even notice it until I’m looking for my keys again.) I stormed out and went in our bedroom and kicked the clothes basket and ripped my toenail off. 
The other day I was making a cake for my granny’s birthday. She is on hospice due to stage 4 pancreatic cancer. I tried to flip the cake out of the pan and the whole thing fell apart. I threw the plate in the garbage and cried in the laundry room. 
These hormones y’all...
